Shipping Policy

All items purchased at www.femiflowstore.com are shipped in accordance with the carrier’s shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title to such items pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility.


Femi Flow is not legally obligated to refund or replace lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your shipment, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.


Femi Flow is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase. Please double check all details before completing your order.


If a package is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both to and from the delivery address, as well as a 10% restocking fee. Please purchase mindfully.

Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. Orders are shipped in plain, nondescript packaging with no reference to Femiflow or product details.

Packages may arrive in plain brown boxes, carrier-issued boxes (UPS, FedEx, USPS), or opaque padded envelopes (for non-breakable items).

Return address is discreet.

We never include catalogs or marketing inserts in your package.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

98% of orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (for in-stock items) during business days.

Orders placed before 11:30 AM CST ship the same day.

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) do not guarantee delivery around holidays or in cases of severe weather.

Shipping Methods & Fees

We generally ship by FedEx but may use UPS or USPS at our discretion. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) orders.


Domestic shipping: Allow 7–10 business days from shipping date (longer for outlying areas).

International shipping: Available to Canada, Australia, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, and United Kingdom.

International shipments require customs clearance and typically take 1–2 weeks depending on local authorities.

Customers are responsible for checking their local import regulations. Femiflow is not liable for confiscation by customs, tariffs, import duties, or international taxes.

Once a shipment reaches the destination country, local customs agents manage final delivery.
