1. Return Policy

 


Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, in order to protect both your rights and the rights of other customers.


 

2. Warranty & Replacement

 


We provide a minimum one-year product warranty.

 

  • If your product experiences a quality-related defect or damage within one year, you may contact us by email at support@femiflowstore.com.

  • To process your request, please provide:

     

    • A clear video showing the defect or damage

    • A short explanation of the issue

     

  • Upon verification, we will arrange to send you a replacement product free of charge.

 


 

3. Cancellation Before Shipping

 


If you change your mind immediately after purchase and wish to cancel or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

  • If the order has not yet entered customs clearance, we will attempt to intercept and cancel the shipment.

  • Once the parcel has entered the customs process, we cannot recall the goods, and the order will be treated as final.
